What is the Victoria Square Gift Card?

The Victoria Square Gift Card is an exclusive present for any occasion. It is a pre-paid stored value card which can be used to purchase goods. The available balance will be reduced by the amount of each purchase of goods.

Where can I buy a Victoria Square Gift Card?

The Victoria Square Gift Card is available for purchase in any denomination from £5 - £500 online on this website.

Am I able to get my card delivered to another address?

Yes, you're able to select a different delivery address for each Victoria Square Gift Card you order.

Where can I spend my Victoria Square Gift Card?

The Victoria Square Gift Card is accepted at participating Victoria Square retailers. It can be used to purchase goods only and may not be used at cash points or online. It is advisable to check with individual stores before purchasing any goods.

What if I don't spend the entire value of my Victoria Square Gift Card in one transaction?

With each purchase you make using your Victoria Square Gift Card, the value on the card will reduce and you can continue using your card in other Victoria Square retailers. For example, if you receive a Victoria Square Gift Card loaded with £50 and make a £20 transaction, you will have £30 left to spend on other goods at a Victoria Square retailer. Purchases above the balance of the Victoria Square Gift Card must be combined with another acceptable form of payment.

Can I add more money to my Victoria Square Gift Card?

No. The Victoria Square Gift Card can only be loaded with money once at the time of purchase.

Can I use more than one Victoria Square Gift Card at one time in Victoria Square?

Yes - this is at the discretion of the retailer.

What happens if my Victoria Square Gift Card expires?

Your Victoria Square Gift Card will automatically terminate when it has a zero balance or the expiry date is reached. The Victoria Square Gift Card is valid for 12 months from date of purchase and will expire thereafter. 12 months after this date, the money in your Victoria Square Gift Card account will no longer be available and you cannot use the Victoria Square Gift Card. You will lose all rights to the money.

What happens if my Victoria Square Gift Card is lost or stolen?

You are responsible for all transactions, including all unauthorised transactions that take place if the card is lost or stolen. If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, you should contact Store Financial (the program manager) immediately on 0845 686 2273 (charges will apply). You will not be liable for any transactions after you have informed Store Financial of the lost or stolen card. A replacement Victoria Square Gift Card can be issued however this can only be done with proof of purchase such as the entire gift card number, the damaged Victoria Square Gift Card in the case of a damaged card and your full identification. If a replacement card is issued as a result of a lost, stolen or damaged card a £2 administration fee will apply.

How do I check my balance?

You can enquire about the purchase date, available balance, and transaction history of your Victoria Square Gift Card by telephoning 0845 355 0525 (charges will apply) or online at www.getmybalance.com.

What happens if I need to return or exchange a purchase made with my Victoria Square Gift Card?

When purchasing goods you will receive a receipt from the store similar to that when paying with a credit or debit card. Please ensure you keep this receipt as well as your Victoria Square Gift Card, even if there is a zero balance remaining. You will need to present your Victoria Square Gift Card to the store for any returns. If the refund is credited back onto your Victoria Square Gift Card, it will take up to 7 working days for the balance to be reinstated.

Will the information I provide to complete transaction be safe?

Our provider (Clever Store Cardz Ltd) uses secure servers and SSL encrypted transactions and we use a secure payment gateway to process your payment.

How many cards can I buy?

Up to 10 cards to a total value of £500 (excluding postage and packaging costs).

How quickly will Victoria Square Gift Card(s) be despatched?

Our provider (Clever Store Cardz Ltd) will fulfil any orders received before 2pm on the same working day. Any orders received after 2pm will be processed on the next working day. No orders are processed at weekends or on bank holidays. Delivery normally takes between 1 and 3 days for the Standard service, and next working day on Express.

Can I use a debit or a credit card?

Yes you can.

Why did my order get rejected?

The payment provider may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by your debit or credit card. If this decision is made, we will not process your order and will contact you to inform you that this order has not been processed.

Is delivery guaranteed by a certain date?

We use Royal Mail and your order should arrive between 1 and 3 days after processing is complete. Victoria Square however cannot guarantee deliveries. All deliveries must be signed for and witnessed by Royal Mail when delivered. If you wish to receive your order next day, please consider the Express.

I live outside the UK – why can’t I order online?

Our issuer (Store Financial UK Ltd) has decided as a security measure at this time that to purchase a Victoria Square Gift Card you must be a resident in the UK. We can’t ship to countries outside the United Kingdom.

How will I know when my order has been processed?

You will receive an email to confirm your order is being processed.

How will I know when my order has been sent out?

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

Is there an age restriction on online purchasing?

To purchase a Gift Card online you must be aged 18 or over.

What happens if my card doesn’t arrive?
